Quarterly

  • Inspect and clean indoor unit filters across every zone

Warning signs between visits

Call a technician when zones drift from setpoint under normal load, when indoor units short-cycle, when you see ice on line sets or the outdoor coil, or when the controller logs repeat faults on the same address. These are early-stage refrigerant, airflow, or control problems — all far cheaper to correct before a compressor is involved.
